The Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC 2013) will be held from July 12th to 15th in Beijing, China. APPEEC2012 conference proceedings has been included in IEEE Xplore database, we are in the process of getting the approval for IEEE's technically co-sponsorship and APPEEC2013 proceedings publication in the IEEE Xplore database.
